Jeff Schulz grew up in North Dakota and moved to Texas for college. He worked as a Physical Therapist for 16 years and left the field to help others with Estate Planning now for 15 years.  Jeff has a calm and relaxed personality, builds relationships on trust, responds to clients in a timely manner, and has a caring demeanor.  He is married to Jen who is a Co-Owner of Premier FutureGuard.  He enjoys the outdoors, traveling, spending time with his family, anything athletic, and having a strong spiritual life.

 Mo Dadkhah graduated from law school in 2009 and immediately started his own Law Firm Dadkhah Law Group for the last 15 years, Mo has focused primarily on Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Corporate Law. Mo has been recognized by several prestigious organizations including being named as a Top 50 Attorney by The Top 100 Magazine and has been included in the Inc 5000 list of top 5000 fastest growing companies. Mo brings a wide range of knowledge in Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Corporate Law together to best guide his clients on how to protect themselves in a complete manner. He prides himself on being honest and transparent, while caring for every client’s needs no matter how large or small their concerns are.  Mo is with his own law firm and CEO Dadkhah Law Group.  Mo is not employed by Premier FutureGuard. 

Terry M. Richter earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kean University in 1993. Her professional career includes audits for non-public companies, government audits, and tax preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profits. Terry is also a certified QuickBooks Pro-Advisor. She relocated from New Jersey to Oak Ridge in 2004 and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Terry is also an active member of Kiwanis since 2024. Terry Richter is not employed by Premier FutureGuard. 

Caroline Nahm as an Integrated Trust Systems Funding Specialist, she walks clients through the process of funding their eStatePlan arranging their consultations with eStatePlan principals and helping them secure the necessary funding

documents to make their plan a success.

Married for 27 years and with two grown sons, Caroline likes to spend her time with her family and enjoys cooking, reading, exercising, and rescuing dogs.

Amber has 10+ years of experience in the financial and insurance industry.  She specializes in client onboarding and insurance solutions for clients.  She is dedicated to delivering an excellent client experience and building strong relationships that drive value, retention, and growth.  

Amber earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from East Carolina University.
